Coupon for one product or one customer

Two special coupons: a coupon only for one product, and a personal coupon for one regular customer. Both count like any other coupon.

Words in a coloured box are the buttons and titles exactly as the app shows them. The app speaks English and Arabic.

1. Step 1

   Open AyaScan, tap I have a shop, then Create a coupon. Write the title and choose the discount as usual.

2. Step 2

   For one product: under Only for one product (optional) type the barcode or tap Scan the barcode and scan the product. Check that the right product name appears.

3. Step 3

   Customers who scan this product within 25 km see your coupon under the product. They use it at your till with the QR code, like any coupon.

4. Step 4

   For one customer: under “Who is the coupon for?” tap 🎁 One regular customer and choose the customer. You see only the nicknames of customers who already used your coupons, and how many times.

5. Step 5

   Only this customer sees the coupon and gets a notification. Nobody else sees it.

6. Step 6

   Tap Create coupon. You find it under My coupons with the product name or the customer's nickname.

To make a normal coupon again, choose Everyone and leave the product empty.
